Scope of Work

Esse Tech Engineering Services was contracted by Falcon Petroleum Ltd. to provide comprehensive engineering design, drafting, and technical support for a new offshore gas compression platform at the East Coast Offshore Field in Saudi Arabia. The goal was to enhance gas processing capabilities and improve the overall transportation efficiency of natural gas from offshore fields to onshore facilities.

Services Provided

• Design Engineering: Detailed design of structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems for the offshore gas compression platform.
• Drafting & Documentation: Creation of all necessary technical drawings, layout plans, and isometric diagrams.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Development of 3D models for the gas compression platform, enabling a detailed view of the system and facilitating easier integration with other platforms.
• Material & Equipment Specifications: Selection and specification of all required materials and equipment, ensuring long-term durability in harsh offshore conditions.
• Integration & System Design: Designed systems for seamless integration with Falcon Petroleum’s existing infrastructure, optimizing gas flow and compression efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety Standards: All designs were developed with strict adherence to Saudi Arabian offshore regulations, international offshore safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
